Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Warmups consisted of side startle hops, wind mills and a short jog.
5 station work out with a coupon at each station weighing anywhere from 50 to 80 lbs.
3 teams. 1 member from each team carries the coupon app 50 yds and returns to the start while the remaining team members executed an exercise. Complete all 4 exercise per station and move to the next coupon. Next was a coupon carrying race. Beat down was completed with a karaoke run and two backward/forward sprints.
