Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

The Beatdown:
A progressive workout where we add a routine to each set
Start with Burpee x 5 reps
Run ¼ mile to the flag and back to home

This took about 35 minutes for average fitness level. Top notch guys had time to work their way back down subtracting routine to end up where we started
We had one FNG – his name is RQ, 20 yrs old, went to Central Catholic played running back and ran track (hurdles), played Univ of Buffalo, plans walk-on with UT. Big Steelers fan so he earned the F3 name Shell after HOFer Donnie Shell.
