Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Warmed up with 20 SSH in cadence and 10 Windmills in cadence

    One member of PAX bear crawls 30 yards then runs back and next one goes
    While each person is crawling and running back, the rest of the PAX does the following:
    While one person runs, the others:
    Burpee
    Merkin
    High Plank
    Low Plank
    Superman
    Lt Dans
    Squat Jump
    Lunges
    Squat
    Al Gore

    Then we did an Indian run with the first person holding a cinder block overhead

    Then we did 11’s with Burpees and Lt Dan’s. Had to bear crawl 30 yards and run back

    Finally did 7’s with Merkins and squat jumps.
