Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Rainy day at Fuse so we repaired to under stadium bleachers

    Warmup with side straddle hops

    Routine: Work up the Pyramid of seven exercise, seven sets with a short run between sets., For those who reach the top of pyramid, start working down.

    Circle of Trust. Gap offered a nice tribute to F3 stating that he has missed participating in F3 as much as he’s like and being with the guys while spending more time lately pursing his college degree. Congratulations to Gap for the hard work and dedication to both F3 and personal life.
