Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Work-Out
I had a series of Chemistry Questions prepared. PAX members took turns answering questions. If they got it right, we did the low rep count, if it was wrong we did the high rep count. Each question was a multiple choice with 3 options. We answered 14 total questions.
In between each question we had to run to the first cone if the answer was correct, to the second cone if the answer was incorrect.
