Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Station work for some pre-season conditioning:
    SLED pax is the timer….

    Station 1 – Klinger kicks rd 1 / BB Situps rd 2
    Station 2 – Renegade Rows w/ 20lb DBs
    Station 3 – 60 lb Sandbag Bent Over Rows
    Station 4 – 25 lb Med Ball Slams
    Station 5 – Klinger kick rd 1 / BB Situps rd 2
    Station 6 – 20 lb Med Ball Wall Balls
    Station 7 – 60 lb Sandbag – run to end of parking lot, do 5 squats and run back with 5 more squats
    Station 8 – 30 lb DB Curls
    Station 9 – 50 lb KB Goblet Squats
    Station 10 – Klinger Kicks rd 1 / BB Situps rd 2
    Station 11 – ~150lb Sled pushes down to end of parking lot then bring back pull sled backwards RD 1/ RD 2 – Go 2/3 of way down and then push back not pull sled back //
    Station 12 – Rope’s
    Station 13 – Rifle Carries with Cinder Block overhead all the way down to end of parking lot and back, curls at end if waiting with cinder
    Station 14 – Skier Swings with 25 lb DBs

    AFTER 3rd station we lined up and did gassers during RD1 – 1st cone and back (~15 yards) 1st time, 2nd cone and back (~25 yds) 2nd time and all the way down and back 3rd time (~40 yds) (4 times each gasser). RD 2 – SAME but only 3 times each gasser.

    2 rounds down and for Round 3 partner up for 7 teams to push sled 1/2 way down and back – added weight of your partner on the sled…

    While waiting rotating for the 6 times you wouldn’t be on sled or pushing the sled rotated b/w Merkins, Squats and Burpees.

    Circle up and finished with 7 burpees IC

    Plan was to have a re-enactment from week prior with Brute as all time QB picking his team of 6 and Pix as all time Defense picking his team of 6. Unfortunately the lovable Pixar fartsacked thus making the last 10 minutes football focused fun competition nowhere near as desirable for the Q or the pax in attendance.

    Thanks to Belding for bringing a football that wasn’t used. And special thanks to Bullock for allowing YHC to borrow his sled and 100 lbs of weights to throw on it!

    Prayers to SkyQ by YHC and glorious 2nd F at Chicago Post on Central Avenue followed. Always honor to lead, especially for the great Mayor site Q of the one and only Fuse.
