Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.



With temperatures hovering around 20 and brisk northwest wind, 15 PAX assembled at the Fuse to win a victory over the gloom. And victory was theirs as sun was rising as we finished the COT.
The beatdown began with a jog to the front of the the high school to get out of wind and from there we knocked out 30 minutes of muscle engagement, stretching and yoga. We ramped it up with a 5 minute HIIT and finished with a jog back for the COT.
