Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Reviewed the core principles of F3 and presented the disclaimer.

    Warmups were 20 SSH IC

    The Thang:
    BLIMPS: The format is do one set of the workout at one end of the tennis courts then run across 3 courts and do the same set at the other end, run back and do the next exercise, run across 3 courts and do it again and so on. The workouts are 10 burpees, 20 lunges, 30 Imperial walkers, 40 merkins, 50 plank jacks and 60 squats.

    Six pack: 11’s with BBSU and merkins. Do 10 BBSU and 1 merkin, then 9 BBSU and 2 merkins up to 1 BBSU and 10.

    Burpee crawl: one burpee, bear crawl across 1.5 tennis courts, two burpees, bear crawl back, three burpees up to 5 burpees.

    Half quart of hell: suicides on the tennis courts with 10 merkins, 10 jump squats, and 10 Carolina dry docks

    Ended with the six, COT.
