Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warm-Up – 20 SSH

    Today is my 4 year anniversary. We’ll hunt for Easter Eggs. I’ve hidden 15ish all over campus. There’s a surprise inside.
    Once you reach each egg, open it up and we’ll all do the exercises.

    5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 LBC’s

    5 donkey kicks, 10 hammers (2 is 1); 15 speed skaters (2 is 1)

    5 inch worms, 10 imperial walkers (2 is 1); 15 squats

    5 diamond merkins; 10 plank jack shoulder taps (2 is 1), 15 air presses

    5 hand release merkins, 10 squat jumps, 15 big boy sit ups

    5 slo-mo merkins, 10 crunchy frogs, 15 monkey humpers

    5 Peter Parkers (2 is 1), 10 Klinger Kicks (4 is 1), 15 Nolan Ryans (on each side)

    5 Mike Tysons, 10 V-Ups, 15 Mountain Climbers (2 is1)

    5 Carolina Dry Docks, 10 Walking Lunges (2 is 1), 15 Hello Dollies

    5 Triple Merkin Burpees, 10 Smurf Jacks, 15 Gas Pumps

    Find a partner, wheelbarrow to somewhere not here, switch jobs and come back

    Bunny Hop from here to somewhere not here and back

    Alligator walk from here to somewhere and back.

    Bear Crawl exactly 55 feet, Crawl Bear back 56 feet.

    Burpee broad jump to some random spot. Then mozie back. I don’t like Burpee broad jumping!
