Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Alright, back blast from Dixi, headed to check our Colonal’s new hood.
    So it went Sunday post Festorama most of the crew was at the weekend
    Flush and I warmed us with a Burpee mile great chatter. slow burpees, in cadence someone would have been proud!
    Back to our favorite parking lot
    Blocks and dumbbells on the sidewalk 10 reps of each of three curls – Sipe. Kettle Sqats, and block swings run to the end of the lot 10 decline merkins slow and clean.
    Run back
    On the ninth lap I checked the time we were over and did another round.
