Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warmup

    Ground balls. Partners roll ball back and forth for 1 minute in squat. Followed by 20 Merkins. Repeato 3 times.

    Relays
    1. Shuffle while flipping ball for 50yds and back. 3 Burpees for a drop. While others do an exercise from list below.
    2. Long toss for 100yds, 3 Burpees to throw, 5 Burpees for drop. While others do an exercise from list below.
    3. Hitting ball, each hits from previous spot. 50yds and back. While others do an exercise from list below.

    Carolina Dry Docks, American Hammers, Calf Raises, Merkins, Side Planks, Squats

    Playing Ball

    3 pitches each.
    Strike: 5 Burpees
    Single (0-10yds): 10 Merkins
    Double (10-20yds): 10 Jump Squats
    Triple (20-30yds): 10 Big Boys
    Homer (30+yds): 10 SSH

    One more round with 1 pitch each.

    Some good ballplayers showed up this morning.
