Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

11’s – Merkins and Squat Jumps
Mossey back to Oasis
Played modified golf:
Team A throws frisbee and that becomes the hole (everyone runs to frisbee, turns it upside down, then returns.
Team B player hits the golf ball toward the hole. After each stroke team A does five Merkins while team B does five burpees. Repeato until ball is within 1 club length of the hole/frisbee.
The hitting team bear crawls to the ball while the other team gets to lunge (and carry the club).
If you land the ball in the frisbee and it stays in the frisbee, the other team does Burpees and your team does Merkins.
Then team B throws frisbee etc.
Next Match was individual play with one player completing the hole.
