Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

1st Block
You will do the following exercises, changing the number of reps each round
Curls, Cinder block swings, Klinger Kicks (2 is 1) Thrusters
After each round you’ll go “Around the Block” where you will Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Duck Walk and Lunge Walk.
round 1 – 10 of everything and 1 thruster
round 2 – 15 of everything and 2 thrusters
round 3 – 20 of everything and 3 thrusters
round 4 – 15 of everything and 2 thrusters
round 5 – 10 of everything and 1 thruster
Lap Around the park before starting 2nd Block

You will do the following exercises, changing the number of reps each round
Hammers (1 is 1), Chest Press, Squirls, Man Makers
After each round you’ll go “Around the Block” where you will Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Duck Walk and Lunge Walk.
round 1 – 10 of everything and 1 man maker
round 2 – 15 of everything and 2 manmakers
round 3 – 20 of everything and 3 manmakers
round 4 – 15 of everything and 2 manmakers
round 5 – 10 of everything and 1 manmaker
