Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Pax rucked (Including Lunge Walk) to the Start High School parking lot.

    At the Start Lot , the pax broke into pairs. One HIM would farmers carry both rucksacks halfway down the lot and back. Meanwhile, the partner performed the exercise below. The pairs rotated 4 times per exercise.
    – Aussie Burpees
    
– Merkins 

    – Squat
    – Klinger Kicks
    – Carolina Dry Dock

    Next, Nougat led the pax in the following exercises

    -30 second wall sit
    -Aussie Mountain Climbers
    -30 Big Boys
    -60 second wall sit
    -30 Calf raises
