Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    PAX – Cobra Commander, Tupac, Dr. Nick, Nougat, Bull, 2-Ply, Jimmy Dean, Ricky Bobby

    Intro to F3 discussing the mission and principles.

    The thang – First component was to line up and perform T-Bag Twist down to the light post and perform 1ea Merkin and then lunge back. Repeat movements between tree and light post increasing by 1ea Merkins until 13ea Merkins (and official Tay-Tay) were performed. Once all completed, we moved to the playground for the second component

    Second component was quite simple. Each PAX performed 5 ea. – Merkins, Big Boy Situps, Dips, Incline Merkins, Step-Ups (2:1) and then 1ea Pullup. Repeat 5 ea movements and increase Pullups by 1ea to complete round and track circuits completed. This continued until all time elapsed. Fun was had by all!!!!

    COT – Prayers for the troops and first responders that allow us the freedoms and support to do what we do. A prayer of support and comfort for Beaker’s family with the loss of his father in law, for the adoption and travel process for Jimmy Dean and his family, and for my son’s mother in law as she begins her fight with cancer.
