Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

15 SSH
5 Windmills
5 Chainbreakers
5 Gummy Worms
The Workout
Do 10 reps each of the following exercises
Merkins
Crunchy Frogs
Lunges (2 is 1)
Burpees
Monkey Humpers
Mozie to the other end and do 10 reps of the following exercises
Slo-Mo Merkins
Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
Squats
Inchworms
Pickle Pounders
Split into teams of 4 or so
Game #1 – Pass Relay around the obstacle course
Pass to a teammate. If you catch it, 2 burpees. If you drop it, everyone does 4 penalty burpees.
Repeato the exercises from before
Game #2 – Hike It relay around the obstacle course
This time, take turns hiking the ball to a teammate. If you catch it, 5 squats, if you drop it 10 squats.
Repeato the exercises from before
Game #3 – Frisbee Relay around the obstacle course
Take turns tossing the frisbee. Wherever you catch it, 5 merkins. If you drop it 10 merkins before moving on.

Game #4 – Ring Toss – at the crayons
Trying to toss the frisbee over a crayon. No penalty, just chaos trying to win.
