Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.




Family Vacation Beatdown

Family-themed exercises:
the “he’s got to go to the bathroom again, ill meet you there”
Two HIMS carry a block together to the crayons. 3 burpees, 3 man-makers each. carry the block to the other side of the park to meet with the other HIMS. Other HIMS are running the perimeter of the park where they stop halfway and do 3 burpees too.
the “you forgot the ketchup”
Timer carries a block around the playground back to the picnic benches. then run to the crayons and do 3 burpees. other HIMS stay at the picnic benches and do 10 dips, 10 incline merkins and 10 step-ups. once the timer gets back they add another 10-rep exercise to the rotation.
the “Grandma needs a scooter”
One HIM (grandma) carrys a block around the park while the rest of the HIMS run around the park for 1 minute intervals, stop and do 5 merkins and run back to grandma. take turns being grandma
