Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    The Thang: Highland Games style beatdown

    Round one: Stone toss with 10 merkins and 10 squats to lamp post. Stone toss with bear crawl on the way back.

    Round Two: Caber toss with 5 jump squats after every successful flip. Caber flip with burpee for speed on the way back.

    Round Three: Log run, while the rest of the PAX completed 5 of ST, CDD, and SH AMRAP. Q called out arm circles for “rest.”

    Round Four: Caber carry run. Caber symbolically represented a burden each of the PAX is carrying right now. Took turns carrying caber alone while the PAX ran together around park.

    Round Five: Caber, Log, and Stone carry run because carrying burdens is tough and we often end up being able to carry more than we think we can handle.

    Finished in the COT: The old Scottish clans were fiercely loyal to one another. F3 is YOUR clan. Reach out. Prayed for all of the struggles in PAX lives, Especially Koresh as he faces some uncertainty right now.
