What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Rucked Veteran’s Memorial and then 911 Memorial at Toledo Memorial Cemetery for total 4.3 miles to pay our respect to the who served our country! Prayer intentions and honor to those who served before us, those who serve today, and those that will serve and lead us moving forward! We asked God to guide us in our leadership as men moving forward.
Had a little trouble with separation of group but Riggins and Dr Nick represented the 6 well and we were able to catch up with the group. I also shared flashlights with the lead and six to help navigate the group. Toledo 911 Memorial is a hike in itself and posed a challenge but 7/10 made it to both memorials and back a little overtime. Those members were delighted to have made the full trek!
