Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Sculpting Sunday with Smails, simply an outstanding idea, 6 supposed to be 7 exercises six reps of each followed by a run six times through.
    Dumbbells forward leaning single arm rows, curls, single arm overhead press, thrusters, forgot to do the clears…. Burpees and merkins
    Went well.. Tupac complained like a grumpy old man the entire time Cobra tough as always, Beaker Wooderson Huffy and I got through. Added a few sets of abs and legs and runs to round out the morning. Smails was the six. Followed by coffee and world problem solving at Tim’s
