Circled up at 0530 for the 5CPs, credo and mission. Skipping the typical warmups we moseyed over to the track. On the track we circled back up and went to a high plank. PAX alternated through a high and low merkin position on the Qs command, mixing in 15 Merkins, Peter Parkers and Mtn Climbers.
THE THING:
Split up into 2 groups. One group started at the north side of the track and the other at the south. PAX would do Round 1 at their end, run to the other end complete Round 1 there and then meet back where we started to regroup.
First exercise listed starts at 1 rep and increases by 1 each time. Second exercise starts at 2 reps and increases by 2. Repeat both exercises until you do 10 reps and 20 reps respectively. The runs are roughly 200m.

BREAK: Ab Ripper X: 25x In/Out, 30 seconds of lo/mid/hi leg raises, 25x forward bicycles, 25x reverse bicycles
ROUND 2 (NORTH): BBSU | American Hammers (2:1) – Run
ROUND 2 (SOUTH): Burpee | SSH (standard 4 count) – Run
Circled back up for the CoR and NoR. Opened it up for announcements, prayers and then closed out in prayer.
