Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

    Pax: Mayor, Mole, Brita, Mickey, Smails, Nails, Pixar, TuPac, Scroogie, Mailman, Cratchit, Bagels, Brute, Model, Spackle

    Warmup
    – 20 ssh
    – 15 imperial walkers (Mickey don’t stare. Do the exercise)
    – 20 merkins

    Football warmups – 40 yards
    – high knees
    – Butt kicks
    – Duck walks (don’t look at the mick for form)
    – Linebacker shuffle left and then right

    The thang:
    The first hub and spoke style beatdown of its kind with blocks – riffle carry them in between stations. No big deal

    The hub/center point
    – Round 1- 5 man makers
    – Round 2- 15 thrusters
    – Round 3 – 10 burpees

    The spokes
    Station 1: Beldings Bars (nantan gets credit)
    – Round 1- 10 pull-ups
    – Round 2- hanging leg lifts
    – Round 3 – 10 pull-ups

    Station 2: the Field
    – Round 1: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 merkins every ten yards on football field
    – Round 2: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 squats every ten yards on football field
    – Round 3: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 LBCs every ten yards on football field

    Station 3: the Driveway
    – Round 1: Block Bear Crawls down and back 20 yards
    – Round 2: 50 skips w rope
    – Round 3: Lunges down and back 20 yards

    Station 4: the Wall
    – Round 1: Handstand hold 45 seconds
    – Round 2: wall sit to failure – last one standing wins
    – Round 3: 15 LT Dans

    Start at your station. Riffle carry into the center point and do Round 1 workout. Then riffle carry to next station. After you complete all of round 1 workouts, jump to round 2 and so on. The work around if your shoulders are blown out. Simply carry block on shoulder from station to station.

    5 minute abs:
    20 – Klinger kicks w block
    20 – American hammers
    1- minute plank
