Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Around the Block – 4 cones. Different movement along all 4 legs of the block. Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Duck Walk
Round 1 – 10 of each exercise and around the cones
Round 2 – 15 of each exercise and around the cones
Round 3 – 20 of each exercise and around the cones
Round 4 – 15 of each exercise and around the cones
Round 5 – 10 of each exercise and around the cones.
Lap Around the Building before the next block.
