Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    25 side straddle hops
    10 windmills
    20 Burpees – directive to get us ready for Dredd’s convergence

    Work-Out
    1st Block
    Curls
    Cinder block swings
    Klinger Kicks (2 is1)
    Around the Block – 4 cones. Different movement along all 4 legs of the block. Bear Crawl, Crab Walk, Duck Walk
    Round 1 – 10 of each exercise and around the cones
    Round 2 – 15 of each exercise and around the cones
    Round 3 – 20 of each exercise and around the cones
    Round 4 – 15 of each exercise and around the cones
    Round 5 – 10 of each exercise and around the cones.

    Lap Around the Building before the next block.

    Hammers

    Chest Press
    Squirls
    Round 1 – 10 of each exercise and around the cones
    Round 2 – 15 of each exercise and around the cones
    Round 3 – 20 of each exercise and around the cones

    Did a little stretching at the end to help our bodies recover.

    Set 4: 5 burpees, 15 merkin, 15 lunges, 50 lbc’s, run 200m
    Set 5: 5 burpees, 15 merkin, 15 lunges, 50 lbc’s, 50 squats, run 200m
