Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Mosey to first stop
    50 LBC, 30 Klinger kicks, 1 minute plank, 20 Bulgarian squats per leg
    A long Mosey to second station
    50 LBC, 30 mountain Climbers
    Long mosey back to Mt Doom to the bottom of the hill
    Burpees up the hill
    THE SECOND HALF
    60 Curb side merkins (15 each side)
    Run down the hill or around the wildcat
    50 Squats
    Run down the hill or around the wildcat
    40 Merkins
    Run down the hill or around the wildcat
    30 Wide Squats
    Run down the hill or around the wildcat
    20 Curb merkins
