    Andy Roth says:

    Warm-Up – in cadence
Side straddle hops, windmills, chain breakers, gummy worms

    Ski Ball, F3 style.
Split into groups of 2-4. Each team will have 5 balls of the same color to use for the game.
Set up the “targets” in the middle. Each team will have a starting spot equidistant from that spot in a circle.
Split up the list of exercises between the members of your group. After everyone on your team has completed their exercise, one of you takes a shot. Then everyone changes their exercise and once done, someone takes another shot. Repeato until you’ve taken all of your shots. Team with the most points wins.
In circle outlined by cones = 1 point
    In 5 gallon bucket = 5 points
Money Ball = 10 points in bucket, 1 point in circle

Prize for the winning team. Select an exercise for everyone to do.
    Repeato for Games 2 – 4.

    1st Game
    5 Burpees, 10 Mtn. Climbers (4 is 1), 15 Amer. Hammers (2 is 1), 20 Hand Release Merkins

    2nd Game
5 Triple Merkin Burpee, 10, Jump Squats, 15 Crunchy Frogs, 20 Merkins

    3rd Game
5, Superman Burpees, 10 Monkey Humpers, 15 Hello Dollies, 20 Diamond Merkins

    4th Game
    5 Mountain Climber Burpees, 10 Horsey Ups, 15 Captain Thor20 Slo-Mo Merkins

In between each game go over to the soccer field for some type of cardio. Bear Crawl half-way, sprint to the end, mozie back. Then we lunged, sprinted, mozied, etc.

To celebrate Brita’s birthday we did 40 merkins. But since he wasn’t there to celebrate we did merkins 1 = 20, so we did 2 merkins!

PAX members in attendance – Bluto, Sipe, Gadget, Beaker, Goose, Irish Springs, Bagels, Wall-E, Ozzie, Hedgehog, Jake the Snake, Pinewood, Simmons, El Chapo, Trojan, Mr. Belding. Q’d by Beaker
