Each corner of track PAX will complete each exercise for the amount below
Corner 1- 40 reps of each exercise
Corner 2 – 30 reps of each exercise
Corner 3 – 20 reps of each exercise
Corner 4 – 10 reps of each exercise
After corner 4 – PAX in front lunged until 6 ran past them back to start
Round 1 – Merkins, Squats, LBCs
Round 2 – Dry Docks, Monkey Humpers, Big Boys
Round 3 – Diamond Merkins, Calf Raises, Flutter Kicks (2 is 1)
