The Thang:
Principles, some SSH and windmills followed by 20 burpees IC then we hit the track for the following:
HR Merkins IC x 10 – Sprint 100meters followed by 20 Drop squats, jog the curve, HR Merkins x10 – Sprint 100 meters and then we did BB situps x20, jog the curve.
Did above for 5 laps with Merkins IC with rep counts from 10-15 followed by sprints, squats or lunges at the end of first sprint, jog curve, repeato Merkin, sprint 100 then core exercise back to start
Upper Body for each set was HR Merkins, Military Merkins, Wide Merkins, Mike Tysons IC x15, Elevator Merkins and Supermans for some backage
Lower Body for each was Drop squats, Reverse Lunges, Squats, Calf Raises, Drop Squats
Core for each was BB Situps, Klinger Kicks, Hello Dolly’s, American Hammers
After 5 laps we did 5 more down and back 100m sprints with no jogs around curve with same exercise plan as above.
Everyone pushed it in the 30 degree heat. Strong work. Got in 2.4 miles on track and full body work with manageable reps mostly all in cadence. Good banter with some deshaun work commentary…
Circled up and finished it off with 10 Burps in cadence all together!
Patch was the 6 and YHC took us out with prayers to the SkyQ
