Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

Warm-Up – SSH, Old Man Windmills, Chainbreakers, and Gummy Worms
We’re playing 5 card draw, F3 style.
Split into groups of 2-4
After each set of exercises, ex. after your 5 Burpees, run down to the other end and pick your 5 cards from the deck. Take them back to base with you. After your next set of exercises, ex. Mountain Climbers, you can swap out between 1 – 4 cards. First hand is done after every group has after 25 ex. Monkey Humpers.
After everyone has their hands, time to bet.
First Groups call out a bet of “10 burpees” If you think you can beat them, call or raise until everyone has a chance to bet.
If you lose the bet, you have to do what you bet + what the other team bet. So be careful.
Fold – 10 Burpees + Air Presses until everyone is done!
Repeato for hands 2 – 4.
