Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Almost pulled a Mater. Woke up at 5:30 am, exactly the time the workout was starting. So rushed over and as expected, the PAX had started without me. Great job men. Not sure what they had done before I got there. They were in a circle and I am guessing guys were taking turns coming up with exercises to lead. Once I got there, this is what we did.

    5 minute round. Repeat the exercises as much as possible.
    Round 1 – 10 merkins, 15 jungle boi squats, 20 plank twists (2 is 1), bear crawl to the cone, mozie back, repeato
    Round 2 – 10 diamond merkins, 15 speed skaters (2 is 1), 20 second side plank on each side, lunge walk to the cone, mozie back, repeato
    Round 3 – 10 slow motion merkins, 15 horsey ups, 20 Imperial Walkers (2 is 1), Crab Walk to the cone, mozie back, repeato

    A series of runs to finish, used the length of the parking lot. Some butt kicks, some 1/2 sprints, some full sprints, some backpedaling, some karaoke.

    PAX members in attendance – Rubble, Trinity, Nails, Brute, Ollie, Poodle, Thong Song, Koresh, Irish Springs, Earmuffs, Patch, Mole, Hedgehog, Sipe, and Beaker. 1/2 Q’d by beaker.
