F3’s Mission: To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.

PAX (12) – Sideshow, Irish Spring, Trinity, Sipe, Poodle, Koresh, Tuckey, Ollie, Brute, Mole, Patch, Rubble
“Calm after the storm”
Cold morning with steady wind.
Warmup Mosey to and around the front parking lot. (Track was icy so had to improvise). Had 4 cones set up approximately 50-100 yds apart.
At starting cone, we completed the following per round:
15 Plunges 2 is 1, (Deep lunge with a pushup at the bottom, lunge back up)
25 Death Angels (Merkin with a hand release double angel arm swipe followed by a mule kick)
15 Sumo Squats, 15 Air Squats, 15 Narrow Squats
30 Big Boi’s
20 Mike Tysons
In between each round we performed a jog/sprint/jog/sprint to each cone. At each cone we performed 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Merkins, 20 squats.
Finished up with:
40 Calf raises on the curb
15 Bonnie Blairs 2 is 1
20 Carolina Dry Docks
QIC forgot the tunes to I heard a lot of grumbling during the Death Angels. Mole requested that we never do these again.

The 6 – Koresh: Talked about the impact that F3 has had on his life. All 3F’s are improving.
