“Row Your Boat”
The idea for today was to have someone on a rowing machine and use them as the timer while the rest of the group performed exercises, but a hard rain in the morning called for an audible. We did the exercises but the rower did not make an appearance. Some of the exercises required a block.
PAX – Chewy, Patch, Mulcahy, Ollie, Brute, Poodle, Tucky, Rubble, Bullock, Red, Cratchit, Shell, Boo Boo, Biggie, Mailman, Scrooge, Ticket, Leap, Tupac, Colonel, Hedgehog, Johnny, Juice, Dirty, Mayor, Pixar, and Mole as Q.
We started at 5:30 with the core principles, explained the plan for the day and got right into it. We had 16 stations with 1-2 PAX per station and we did 1:20 at each station with a 20 second break between.
