The Work: Warm up with SSH, Windmill, Seated shoulder presses. A mosey around the track, then

Burpee x 10
Plank 15 sec hold
Jell-o maker x 10 (4 high knees, lunge left, lunge right, thruster w/ coupon)
Plank 15 sec hold
Mountain climber x 10 (four count)
Plank 15 sec hold
Man Maker w/coupon x 10
Plank 15 sec. hold
Run about 100 yards and run back.
On the 15 sec holds, you also hold your breath. And on the run back, you hold your breath for 15 paces.
It was a really good/tough workout and thankfully nobody passed out.
